More bad days than good days, and that is the reason you are on this website. This moment is the breaking point, and something must change.
There have been other breaking points before this one. And then paralysis, the inability to act.
“Why is it so difficult? Why can’t I follow through?”
Because…

On the good days, optimism takes over and puts you back on the ride. Maybe today it will last. Just one more chance.
Those words swirl around in your mind, but the heart is not buying it.
The tenseness in the body, the heaviness in the chest, and the sinking feeling in the stomach are all signs of disbelief.
So it becomes easier to just not think about it. Not deal with it.
The difficult days seem to be increasingly and progressively more challenging.
The good days can’t be enjoyed, because they will not last.
It feels like being on a merry-go-round that is going too fast and won’t stop!

There is an answer to that question. The good days are what keep the cycle running.
Optimism arrives, the heart does not believe it, and the plan quietly gets postponed. By the time the next breaking point comes around, acting on it is harder than it was the time before.
I work with highly motivated individuals, couples, and families who have decided that now is the time to do something different.
I work with adults in traditional and non-traditional families. I am LGBTQ+ allied and do not discriminate.
I have helped many clients stop the merry-go-round and set a new direction for their lives.
I can help you!
Schedule a Free Phone ConsultationNothing gets hidden from you, from the first call through the last session. Collaborative goals get established, and the plan is built for your situation.
What interrupts the cycle is a plan you can see, with steps you can name and a next move that is decided before you need it.
We start by understanding what brought you here and what you want to be different. Nothing is hidden – you know from the outset how this works.
Goals get established together, and the plan is built for your specific situation, not a template.
Every step of the way there are clearly defined next steps in the process of change. Knowing where the work has been and where it is going next takes a good deal of pressure off.
Tools will be provided that you can apply over and over, in many of life’s situations. The analogies come in memorable story form, the kind you can still recall long after a session has ended.
There is no magic potion or miracle cure.
Whatever brings you here, it is doubtful that it began yesterday, and it will not be talked away in an afternoon.
You will not be judged for any of it.
Something different has to be done. It can start with one email or one phone call.
The consultation is free and takes place by phone. We will talk about what is going on, decide together whether this is a good fit, and set a time if it is.
